This page covers two areas: (1) Sales Terms & Policies for digital products and retainer services, and (2) Cookie Policy for this website. By purchasing a product or engaging Amy Jo Opsal for services, you agree to the terms below.

PART 1: SALES TERMS & POLICIES

1. Digital Products

All digital products — including workbooks, toolkits, templates, and bundles — are delivered electronically following confirmed payment. Purchases are subject to the following terms:

  • All sales are final. Refunds are not automatically issued for digital products.

  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion. To request consideration, contact amy@ajopsal.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the request.

  • I am not responsible for technical issues on the buyer’s end that prevent file access. If you experience a delivery issue, contact me and I will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

2. License & Permitted Use

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for single-user personal or organizational use only. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the product in any format

  • Reproduce or repurpose the content for commercial use

  • Remove copyright notices or claim the work as your own

Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights. All content remains the exclusive property of Amy Jo Opsal.

3. Retainer Services

Retainer engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement between Amy Jo Opsal and the client. In the absence of a signed agreement, the following defaults apply:

  • Retainer fees are due on the first of each month

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice

  • Work product created during the engagement remains the property of Amy Jo Opsal until full payment is received

  • Client agrees not to reproduce, resell, or distribute strategic deliverables without written permission

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Squarespace. I reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes do not apply to completed purchases.

5. Limitation of Liability

Amy Jo Opsal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
